How can I enroll my child?

Enrollment is simple through our online application, by visiting our admissions office in person, giving us a call or even sending us an email. You can find all our details through our Contact page.

What extracurricular activities are available for students?

Coming in 2026/2027 we are planning to run a Drama Club.

What is the student-teacher ratio?

In younger classes, where class sizes reach up to 30 students, sessions are led by a teacher with the support of 2 or 3 assistants. In smaller older classes, the teacher works with 1 assistant.

Does the school provide transportation services?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this. Parents who commute from further away often take turns with neighbors to carpool.

How does the school support students with special needs?

As a supplementary school, we do not provide 1:1 individual care or continuous personal support for a child. We kindly ask that you disclose any specific needs of your child prior to enrollment so we can discuss their situation individually and explore the school’s capacity to provide appropriate support.

What are the school’s hours of operation?

The kindergarten and reception groups have classes from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM, The other classes run from 9:45 AM to 1:45 PM. Extracurricular activities start at 1:45 PM and end at 2:30 PM.

Does the school offer a Polish language course for adults?

We are planning to start Polish and English language courses for adults. More details will be provided soon! To register your interest and be notified when courses become available, please visit the Polish and English language course page and register your interest here

Does the school provide meals?

During classes, all students have a 30-minute break, during which they have time to eat a packed lunch/snack and go outside. The school does not have the facilities to prepare meals—students must bring their own food and drinking water.

My child has a severe allergy. Can my child safely attend this school?

Our school is a ‘nut-free’ zone. All allergy and health information provided in the registration form is carefully reviewed by us and shared with teachers and assistants. They are also trained in the use of adrenaline auto-injectors in emergency situations.

Does the school have a library?

Yes, we have a fairly large collection of Polish books for both younger and older children. Students have the opportunity to borrow and return books almost every Saturday.

At what age can a child be enrolled?

We accept children who turn 4 by September of the given school year (which corresponds to the English Reception year).

How many classes are available?

We have 12 classes. We run kindergarten classes (kindergarten and reception groups), integrated learning for years 1-3, a JPOP class (Polish as a beginner/foreign language), years 4-8, and two courses: GCSE and A-Level in Polish.

Do you offer support for GCSE & A-level exams?

Yes, we offer preparation courses for GCSE and A-Level in Polish. Please visit this page for more information about GCSE and click here for information about A-Level.

My child does not speak Polish. Can I still enroll them?

Yes, admissions for children who do not speak Polish are considered individually based on age, needs, and class availability. We also offer a beginner class for learning Polish from scratch.

Is there parking available?

Parents can park on Hunts Cross Ave by the school gate. Please do not park directly by the gate, block local driveways, or park on double yellow lines. The on-site car park is strictly for staff only.

Can my child apply for a school ID card?

Yes, a Polish diaspora school ID card is available to students who have turned 6. At the beginning of the school year, you can apply for a new ID or renew an existing school ID through us. We forward all applications to the Polish Consulate in Manchester, which issues and returns the cards to us. You can find the relevant application information here.
