School Regulations
It is important before you enroll (You or your child) that you read the School Regulations. Click below to view.
Age groups
Children between 5 and 16 can freely enroll. Adults 18 or over can enroll for Polish/English language courses.
While we do have a wating list, we prioritize children who’s siblings are attending/admitted.

Classes
Pupils are enrolled in classes according to their age and level of knowledge of the Polish language.
Please do not rely on age groups and classes in Poland – the Polish reality is slightly different and, above all, we try to take into account the ability to write and read in Polish.
In September 2022, we opened an additional class 3/4 (Polish as a foreign language) for slightly older children who, due to their deficiencies in writing and reading in Polish, cannot be admitted to a class with their peers.
To enrol for the GCSE preparation course. Students must be at least in year 9 in their English school.
We will not resume recruitment to the A-Level class in the 2026/27 school year.

Enrollment Fees and Tuition Options

1 Child: £370
The of your child must be paid fully at the start of the year (via bank transfer) Before the start of the school year.
2 Children: £550
For 2 children attending our school, you will receive a discount of £190 for as long as both children are attending.
3 or more Children: £670
For 3 or more children the tuition fee is capped at £670 for as long as they are attending the school.
GCSE/A-Level Course: £360
GCSE and A-Level courses are priced individually at £360 each.

You can send us the completed form at any time, although we typically conduct enrollment for the new school year around June-at which time we contact all parents/adults and finalize our rosters for September.
